二 | 经专家组综合研判，哈尔滨市指挥部决定，自9月13日零时起，解除道里、道外、南岗、香坊、平房、松北、呼兰7区疫情防控临时管控措施。各类商业门店、经营场所、宗教场所和机构等经全面消杀后有序恢复营业活动，对其中人员密集、空间密闭场所严格执行限流错峰要求，瞬时接纳顾客人数不得超过最大承载量的75%。早、夜市严格落实“扫码、戴口罩”、查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明、错峰限流、健康监测、清洁消毒等各项防控措施，从业人员每天进行一次核酸检测。中小学校、托幼机构及各类教育培训机构有序恢复线下教学活动。福利机构、养老机构、精神卫生机构、公安司法行政监所有序恢复常态化管理。各类零售药店对购买退热、止咳、抗病毒、抗生素、感冒等药物的人员，继续实行实名登记并将信息推送辖区街道(社区)管理，及时督促用药者开展核酸检测。入住宾馆、酒店和进入旅游景区景点等人流密集场所，严格查验“双码”(龙江健康码+大数据行程卡)和48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。从外地市返岗的建筑工地等人员密集型单位从业人员严格查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

三 | 此外，该地还减少聚集性活动。近期原则上不安排大型会议、培训、会展、文艺演出等聚集性活动。倡导群众从简举办婚丧嫁娶。在落实外防输入方面，对经机场、火车站、长途客运站、公路卡口抵返哈的跨省(区、市)流动人员，需查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明；对7天内有省内外涉疫城市旅居史的抵返哈人员，需查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，到达目的地后应当立即进行一次免费落地检测，并按照“3天2检”要求连续进行核酸检测(间隔24小时以上)和健康监测，抵达一周内原则上不得参加聚集性活动；对7天内有中高风险区或社区传播外溢风险高的城市旅居史的抵返哈人员，以及经国内其他口岸入境后解除隔离人员，严格实行“手递手”闭环转运，落实集中或居家隔离以及核酸检测措施；凡从国内有本土阳性感染者的城市抵返哈人员、解除隔离后返回目的地的入境人员，需在抵返哈前两天通过“龙江健康码”等方式向居住目的地所在社区(村)、宾馆、单位报备，到达后主动报告、主动进行核酸检测、主动配合属地落实管控措施；来哈自驾游人员需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，并主动参加落地核酸检测和区域核酸检测，主动配合当地落实相应管控措施。(完)返回搜狐，查看更多责任编辑：
